On-Campus Summer Workouts
The Football and Baseball fields as well as the Rocco Weight Room and HX Classrooms will be utilized during the workouts.
Sneakers and or cleats as well as appropriate workout clothing will be needed for each practice.
Summer Practice Times
You MUST have a completed Physical or updated physical handed into the nurse before you can practice.
June 16th-Practice and Tryouts Begin for current High School Student Athletes

Incoming 9th Graders (Class of 2029)
June 30, 2025- Incoming 9th graders may begin this day ONLY with a completed physical handed into the nurse AND have graduated from 8th grade AND have been accepted into PCTI or DCL Stem.
Remainder of the Summer Practice Schedule
Check-in: 5:00 pm at the Stadium
Departure: 8:00 pm at the Stadium
Week 1 June 30-July 3
Week 2 July 7-10
Week 3 July 14-17
Week 4 July 21-23

TECH Football Rest Period
July 24 - August 10 2025
No in person practices will take place.
Football Season BEGIN Date:

These practices begin our 2025 Football Season and are MANDATORY
Physical Update
ALL PCTVS Football players that had a physical during 2024-2025 will complete the HHQ and return TO THE NURSE before you can participate.

2025-2026 Athletic Physicals
All incoming 9th graders MUST complete the 2023-2024 PCTVS physical packet and return TO THE NURSE.
All PCTVS students that are trying out for football and DID NOT have a physical during the 2024-2025 school year must complete a 2025-2026 PCTVS Physical Packet and return TO THE NURSE before you can participate.
