PCTVS welcomes students, staff, and families to the 2026–2027 school year—a year filled with new opportunities, exciting changes, and countless moments to learn, grow, and succeed.
This year, we encourage every member of our school community to Embrace the Moment! Whether stepping onto campus for the first time, returning for another year, discovering a new interest, taking on a challenge, or preparing for what comes after graduation, each moment is an opportunity to learn something new, make a connection, and take another step forward.
The new school year also begins with exciting changes that expand the educational opportunities available to our students. At PCTI, the School of Construction Technology welcomes the addition of a new Masonry and Hardscape Design program, while the School of Communication Arts expands with Fashion Design and Merchandising. The Academy of Health and Medical Arts also grows with the addition of a Pre-Nursing pathway, providing students with another opportunity to prepare for careers in the healthcare field.
At the PCTI STEM Academy, PCTI’s Computer Science and Biotechnology join the Academy’s existing programs, bringing STEM-focused pathways together in one dynamic learning environment. This expansion further establishes the STEM Academy as a hub for science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and innovation, where students can explore their interests and prepare for rapidly evolving industries and careers.
Across PCTI and the PCTI STEM Academy, students will continue to have access to innovative Career and Technical Education programs, academics, athletics, leadership opportunities, creative pursuits, and experiences that extend far beyond the classroom. Along the way, they will build skills, form friendships, overcome challenges, celebrate accomplishments, and create memories that become part of their PCTVS experience.
As we begin another year together, we look forward to all that lies ahead. There will be big milestones and everyday victories, new beginnings and unexpected opportunities. Through it all, we encourage our students and staff to be present, take advantage of every opportunity, and make the most of the experiences happening around them.
Here’s to a successful 2026–2027 school year!
Embrace the Moment.
